🔆 Personal dotfiles to set up a Mac powered by Homebrew and Mackup.

Installation

$ git clone https://github.com/snoopython/dotfiles && cd dotfiles && ./install

List of installed items

  • Homebrew + Homebrew Bundle
    • formulae (Vim, tmux, pyenv, etc)
    • casks (Dropbox, iTerm2, etc)
    • apps (Keynote, Quiver, etc)
  • Mackup
    • bash profiles (.bashrc, .bash_profile, etc)
    • ipython profiles (ipython_config.py, startup, etc)
    • tmux config (.tmux.conf)
    • vim config (.vimrc)
  • Python
    • latest miniconda3 (as an installation of conda)
    • Python 2.7 (as an environment of miniconda3)
    • Python 3.5 (as an environment of miniconda3)
  • LaTeX
    • Hiragino fonts setup

Attention

Before installation

  1. clean install macOS
  2. install Sophos Home
  3. rename computer name (e.g. Snoopy)
  4. sign in to the Mac App Store
