The emacs packages I’m using.

• Click “Download ZIP”
• Extract zip somewhere say “~/myelpa”.
• Double check that there is a file name “archive-contents” in the directory “~/myelpa”.
• insert below code into end of ~/.emacs.d/init.el or ~/.emacs.

(setq package-archives '(("myelpa" . "~/myelpa/")))

This solution does not need internet connection.

Add below line into ~/.emacs:

(setq package-archives '(("myelpa" . "https://raw.github.com/redguardtoo/myelpa/master/")))

Then you will use exact same packages I’m using. No more, no less.

This solution need internet connection.

The variable “package-archives” should have only one repository “myelpa”.

So you need place above code behind the code manipulating package-archives:

(add-to-list 'package-archives '("marmalade" . "http://marmalade-repo.org/packages/"))

Or

(add-to-list 'package-archives '("melpa" . "http://melpa.milkbox.net/packages/"))
