Already have tried and installed jvm or jdk

Still getting errors.
Do i need to setup .env varibles?
Doyou have any full guidance or call support?
I want to dsiplay tiff image with zooming and roation.

I want to convert an image (png, jpg, jpeg, tiff) to TIFF with a new resolution. I tried a number of examples in this repo and the resolution of outputs remained unchanged.
SavingRasterImageToTIFFWithCompression.java

     TiffOptions options = new TiffOptions(TiffExpectedFormat.Default);
        options.setBitsPerSample(new int[] { 8, 8, 8 });
        options.setPhotometric(TiffPhotometrics.Rgb);
      // already tried        options.setResolutionSettings(new ResolutionSetting(100, 100));
        options.setXresolution(new TiffRational(200));
        options.setYresolution(new TiffRational(200));
        options.setResolutionUnit(TiffResolutionUnits.Inch);

I also looked into other image outputs like JPEG. They have the same problem
ConvertTIFFToJPEG.java

                JpegOptions saveOptions = new JpegOptions();
                // The provided tiff's resolution is (Horizontal=200,Vertical=100), I put some numbers and outputs didn't change
                saveOptions.setResolutionSettings(new ResolutionSetting(tiffFrame.getHorizontalResolution(), tiffFrame.getVerticalResolution()));

SettingResolution.java. This one has a bug. It always produced that image

            options.setResolutionSettings(new ResolutionSetting(72, 96));
            png.save(Utils.getOutDir() + "SettingResolution_output.png", options);

I'm trying to add this library to compress some Dicom images.
Creating an object using DicomOptions options = new DicomOptions(); will stuck the process and no error comes out, no logs and it doesn't move on to next lines.
Java version: java version "1.8.0_202"
Library version: aspose-imaging-21.11-jdk16.jar
(I used this library version since aspose-imaging-18.2-jdk16.jar doesn't contain DicomOptions.)
Anyone had this issue?

Edited: This seems to be the error that comes up using try-catch:

java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com.aspose.imaging.imageoptions.DicomOptions.setFullFrame(Z)V

My main 3 steps/tasks are like

1. Load .tiff image in m chrome browser with zoom in zoom out and also can rotate it
2. Get coordinates of all the texts from image
3. Highlight specific text from particular image using the coordinates

These all 3 above task can do via aspose any demo for it?

Do i need to purchase aspose for above 3 stuffs? Please make sure i want it only in PHP / LARAVEL.
