При подключении выдаёт ошибку: Error: Server close connection. Смена сервера на slogin.icq.com:5190 и другие не помогает. Что делать?

The error is: fsockopen(): unable to connect to login.icq.com:5190 (No route to host)
I've tried to change a $this->setTimeout(30, 0); in anyway, even $this->setTimeout(60, 60000); but it doesn't work, unfortunately.

на самом деле отправитель был я (217411320) возможно ли как то получать UIN отправителя, вместо [email protected] ?

Библиотека перестала отправлять сообщения примерно с 24.07.2015
Скажите, вы у себя эту проблему заметили? Или она частный характер носит?

Пытаюсь отправить:

Пишет что послано, но по факту не доходит.

Как запустить работу скрипта через прокси (с авторизацией)?

Добавил такую штуку

Вроде подключается но сообщения не уходят
