It is hopefully easy:
They seem to be in platform nowadays, so they fall under:
The goal is to supply QuickCheck instances for types provided by the Haskell Platform.

I can make a PR if the inclusion is ok?
Please see the build log at http://hydra.nixos.org/build/7137163/nixlog/1/raw.
This means quickcheck-instances
can't be installed on NixOS as cabal
ends up reconfiguring at every step.
From a users perspective this is a pain, esp. when using a global package database and GHCi. checkers
was first, quickcheck-instances
is more widely used. Not sure how to resolve this.
Hello,
Thanks for sharing the module.
It is very useful but I find that I need different instances for some types.
I am wondering if you could add OverlappingInstances Pragma to allow users to override the instance, when the need arises. It is a pita to create a newtype just to override the Arbitrary instance.
Thanks
Joe
I don't seem to be keeping up with generating compatible cabal-freeze-style constraint scripts, so maybe we should move to this sort of thing: https://github.com/hvr/multi-ghc-travis
