What can I do with exMifsLzo

Hello,

I'm wondering what can be done with exMifsLzo? It seems that exMifsLzo extracts and uncompresses contents from some firmware by block. And Why exMifsLzo extracts data from a fixed offset(2048)?

Header checksum

In fixencifs.c:

It looks like the header checksum (0x100-104) is not verified/calculated. This also causes the complete file checksum to be wrong. Header checksum calculation should be added after the recorded file size is calculated and written.

MIB does not seem to care though as patched IFS seem to work just fine.

Emergency boot

Hi, I'm trying to learn how the mib2 emergency mode works. Recently I had a problem and the unit entered and left the emergency mode without doing anything. Could I speak with you on this subject? greetings
