Steps to reproduce:

Enter any username and then keep hitting the Enter/Return key.

Why did I do that?

My internet is far from the fastest 👀 and as there was no loading indicator/state I thought it wasn't working. And what do we when stuff stops working? Spam submit! 😇

Possible solutions:

• (hacky) Disable form on submitting, but you would have to add a way to re-enable it.
• (standard, but overkill here) Use lodash.debounce
• (?) Add loading state and block changes while data is being fetched.

⚠️ On a side note, always add a dedicated submit button instead of relying on the user to hit Enter.

I would normally make a PR along with the issue but this code has a bunch of (unused?) to-do list code that I'd rather not touch unwittingly.

Hello, I've noticed that sometimes when I search for my username on GitHub, it shows "User not found" even though I have an account.

After entering my username, for a moment I thought it's not working. A spinner would be nice to add as an instant response to tell the user to wait till data is being fetched.
