I'd like that we run cmake builds through ctest.
It involves

• Setting up the cmake script to launch ctest instead of cmake
• Make a collection off ctest script suitable to our test needs. It supports static analysers, valgring, sanitizers, coverage, etc
• Providing a cmake -> junit transformation script so that we can collect the results

Of course that means having at least 2 pipelines : A test pipeline with sanitizers, etc enabled and a release build.
Release build will be different as they will run through cpack and end up with packaging.

Install Qt5 and Qt4 in parallel on every node

Using ninja instead of make could lead to significantly faster builds than make.
Change would be minimal

• install ninja on the nodes
• invoke cmake with -GNinja
• run ninja instead of make
