Catch invalid username and password in test mail about magento-smtp-pro-email-extension HOT 7 CLOSED

This should be handled during self test - does this error not display
during self test if you input incorrect user/pass?

Similar issue - when I try saving the password, a blank screen appears. Any pointers? Thanks!

you need to enable debug and display_errors so you can see what the actual
error is.
