I wrote a simple deactivate.bat file and also no need of skimage instead one can use simple (" image = image.astype(float)" ) in UM algorithm. I can share the bat file if you guys need it . Thank you

Awesome work you did with this, but would you please add a license to it? I plan to evaluate your software implementation to a problem I currently have and, if the group decide to adopt it, the license will be important.

Please remove pkg-resources==0.0.0 from requirements.txt
