change groupmanager to redmine_group_manager to add the plugin to Official List

Error 404 if user with id 1 not exist

hi artemasmith,

don't know if groupmanager was ever inended to run under 2.6. however, i gave it a spin and discovered two inititialization problems:

1.) running it on an empty redmine it returns a 500 when encountering "<% for custom in render_custom_fields() %>" in app/views/gmanagers/show.html.erb

2.) after removing above lines it renders the "group"-tab for the admin user. for users with lower perissions in throws a 500 on the line "<% for u in @group%>" though.
