It's already possible to enable the Android module again:

• Remove the commented line in settings.gradle
• Remove the commented - project("arrow-fx-android") in build.gradle
• Missing configuration: add these lines at the beginning of arrow-fx-android/build.gradle:

plugins {
    id "org.jlleitschuh.gradle.ktlint"
}

The tests will fail then as expected.

When publishing artifacts, the aar file from:

arrow-fx-android/build/outputs/aar/arrow-fx-android-release.aar

will be uploaded together the rest of artifacts. Check it after the release here: https://oss.jfrog.org/artifactory/oss-snapshot-local/io/arrow-kt/arrow-fx-android/0.11.0-SNAPSHOT
