I downloaded the .zip through github and extracted it with 7zip. Once I got it open I went into the folder with all the stuff and opened up "evolution3.pde". After that it said that it must be put in a different folder so it asked me if I wanted to put it in a different folder. I said yes and when trying to run it it said Cannot find a class or type named "Configuration". I tried putting evolution3.pde back into the master folder and canceling when it asked me if I wanted to put it in a different folder but it just closed on me. I'm using Processing 1.5.1.

Removed graphImage.smooth() statement on line 658, runs fine in Processing 3.0. In Processing 3+, smooth() can only be used once in a sketch: https://processing.org/reference/smooth_.html
