Multiple sticky cells float over each other. How to prevent this and stack these cells next to each other?

hello, sticky for tfoot doesn't work,

Now its header and freeze column flickering in Firefox (version 57.0.2) and i am stuck bcoz of this, , Can you please have a look on this issue, Please have a look on this small video.

when i just scroll down with the help of mouse wheel, the sticky header flickering in IE only, please have a look on attached screenshot. Thanks

@armaaar Replaced with the latest css and js and also cleared the cache before checking but still facing issue while scrolling in Mozilla (Firefox version 62) and 32 bits Window 8.

PLEASE TAKE A NOTE: Working fine in Linux Mozilla (Firefox version 43).

@armaaar I have found another new issue in your demo, While i am using the Edge Browser, i inspect the content and found the the page get reloaded again and again.
