Which directory // files are fed into 3DTool for viewing levels in blender??

I am not getting any output. Below are my arguments, I am probably wrong:
python3 bsitool.py E:\SpireImages\CAND1.BSI png

Also tried:
python3 bsitool.py E:\SpireImages\CAND1.BSI E:\SpireImages\OUT

3dtool.py won’t convert any .3D files from 3D.bsa here’s the output, Same result after applying >1CHAMBER.ply at the end.
