MSVC not supporting using specific function signature

The following function:

using TaskFunctionType = std::function<void(DynamicWorkload<E,AS...>::Access&, E const&, AS...)>;

is not accepted by MSVC, complaining that

Issue with test_workload

On Ubuntu Clang (11 or 14) there is an intermittent issue in test_workload:

test_workload: tpp.c:83: __pthread_tpp_change_priority: Assertion `new_prio == -1 || (new_prio >= fifo_min_prio && new_prio <= fifo_max_prio)' failed.

In addition, sometimes the test hangs.
