The badges for the total NPM downloads and latest deployed package version are currently linking to the GitHub Release page instead of the NPM page.

Implement the initial project setup based on Arctic Ice Studio's standards and conventions.

Implement the main ArcticLandscape component. It will be build out of the styled components implemented in #2. It represents the public API including the props to customize the component.

The used rollup-plugin-size-snapshot plugin generates a .size-snapshot.json report file which includes the calculated sizes printed during build time to stdout. It should be included in the repository to track changing sizes between different release versions.

Implement all required styled SVG vector graphic fractal components the main ArcticLandscape component will be consist of.
