broken css - buttons for ordering/searching + footer bar
I have created a bug report (at sourceforge) I observed in Adminer when using this theme.

otherwise thanks a lot for this nice theme :)
Broken CSS after updating to 4.7.0 (missing columns in table view)
The theme got a bit broken after the newest update :(
Could you please look into it when you have time?
The one thing I noticed immediately is missing list of columns in table overview (SHOW STRUCTURE tab). Sometimes it is displayed with scroll bar, sometimes completely missing.
Import from file hidden
At import section, file upload section is hidden.
Cannot move left/right in select view if there are many columns.
When I select all columns in table with too many columns (that they don't fit on one screen) I am not able to move left/right by pressing SHIFT + scrolling mouse wheel.
Problem has occured when updating Adminer 4.7.1 -> 4.7.2
Is it a CSS problem or something core related?
