• It would be nice to have a category you can customize, just like the watch list in your achievements. That would make a better first page than "All" in my opinion.
• A tab where you can see how much gold/karma/Badges/etc you spent/ gained in the last hour/day/week.

And I know many people would love to see the Black Lion Tools in the wallet but I don't see Anet implementing this ever simply because it's not a currency and because there would be no incentive anymore to buy more than one tool of each type. I don't know if leaving it in would lower the chance of the wallet getting implemented but since I don't see Anet implementing that category I would remove it.

• pact victory tokens are claim tickets?
• transmutation charges need not be show, as you can see them where they matter: the wardrobe/hero panel
• black lion tools - I get what you're doing, but I think it diminishes the chances of this awesome wallet design at this point. Wallet =/= personal bank, and you are making a comelling case here by talking about CURRENCIES (=tokens). I would move this to the very bottom or remove it.
