Building Kinovea

Download and install Visual Studio 2019 Community: https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/vs/

On the installation screen:

Check .NET Desktop development.
On the side panel for optional components, check .NET Framework 4.8 development tools.
Check Desktop development with C++.
On the side panel, check C++/CLI support for v142 build tools (14.23).

Open the solution in VS2019. Set the Kinovea project as startup up project. Rebuild.
