The script uses any files within the Flags folder, even window shortcuts and other stuff.

Add a toggle to create the barony history/title files. Might be useful, but barony history files are not needed in most cases (feudal and tribal) so having them unnecessarily clutter up everything is not that important.

as the title says, bundle in databases (and let people make their own), filled with info for RNG generation, such as town names of people and dynasty names.

Have there be an option to generate a mix of castle and tribal holdings, and have an occasional temple holding for the tribal counties.

Just as a hint that gives some feedback, that the files have been written.

Dynamically generate some basic dynasties and have them populate the provinces.

add placeholder flags that get generated for the counties, so it's more playable and requires even less microing busywork.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Save the source '.csv' in the config, making re-using the same file again and again faster and easier. But will require check if file still exists.

just typing any non-integer character StartID field causes a crash

whitespaces should be turned into underscores for file and barony names

allow an "Nomad" option

add some kind of history generation maybe?
Give a setting that sets the start year and end year, and distribute upgrades (e.g. turning tribes into castles, add new city/castle/temple) across the time.

have it so duchy flags might take their county capital flag or have their own one. Have it be a toggle/slider on how much each way is weighted.
