Data from Sondes, now available for import

Current outstanding data issues:

ALS DATA: Last 2 months missing key files. Claire to be contacted by BB
TIDE: Updated tidal data required from end of December (PH to raise)
BARRAGE: Updated via API, needs importing.
Depth / Salinity from Ruppia: Data to be imported

CDM Manual:

Update the spreadsheets with the latest CDM information
Updated any mapping as required.

• What data do we have in mat file that shows up on plots – can I see it?

1. Plottfv_polygon extending through to 2022.

• Do we have final agreed data provider names for legends

1. Review of agency names and symbols for legend consitancy

• Do we have necessary shape file polygons for sites and regions, so that all data is present on at least one plot.

1. Review of data locations and plotting output locations

• Are there problematic variables?
• Do we need to refine custom plots above the standard variables

1. o TN:TP
2. o Stacked Chla
3. o Stacked nutrients
4. o Other clever ones?

• Have we done a dump of diagnostics
• What are we doing with Ruppia data inputs (environmental and biological)

Import SAwater into existing .mat
Add Luke's data to AED data.
