I need to see the real logs of this on one of the builders. All the tests in TestUniversal are passing for me on public OS X (10.11.3 15D21) and public Xcode 7.3 Beta 3 (7D141l).

Started seeing this again on OS X with the latest merge from upstream LLVM.org.

This time it is XFAILed rather than skipped. As before, I need trace logs from the server to see what's happening. I cannot reproduce this with released Xcode.
