应该是名称的问题
报：Uncaught ReferenceError: element is not defined

比如增加一个 src/try-dynamic-echarts.ts 文件

import echarts from 'echarts';

console.log('echarts', echarts)
console.log('window.echarts', window.echarts)

在dynamic-cdn.tsx中增加：

import('../try-dynamic-echarts').then(()=>console.log('try-dynamic-echarts is ok'))

在vue.config.js中加入

    echarts: {
            moduleName: "echarts",
            url: "/echarts",
          },

然后在 sampe/vue 下执行
yarn add echarts && yarn serve

从 import 中引的 echarts 就会是 undefined。
