This is a Sanity Studio v3 plugin.

npm install sanity-plugin-stripe-product

Add it as a plugin in sanity.config.ts (or .js):

import {defineConfig} from 'sanity'
import {myPlugin} from 'sanity-plugin-stripe-product'

export default defineConfig({
  //...
  plugins: [myPlugin({})],
})
