Move ClientIpCheckActionFilter to own nuget / use some other already made nuget
ClientIpCheckActionFilter.cs is now copied in both Deployer.Api and Deployer.Node
make it into separate nuget and use that instead.
perhaps use some already made one instead?
Make node polling instead of triggered with POST
.NET APIs have their own security vulnerabilities, less API's is better.
Also if network has disabled outside connections then polling is the only way. In other words enabling polling ENABLES disabling outside connections which is a good thing
Add better logging
Remove CI / app building responsibility from deployer
Currently deployer runs script that is supposed to clone and build app
What we could do instead is to move that building responsibility to app repositories eg github actions and download built app from github releases.
