Add datetime-picker.scss

• Create a time-picker component

• Time-picker component would be input field

• Display as 12 hours format

Add some unit tests, with testing-library, to test, for example:

• the value returned correct date when date selected
• check selected timezone
• check default timezone matches browsers one

Add initial time to timepicker

• Show today as primary color

• Highlight hovered day

• Filled out active day with primary color

• Create a custom select component.

• Will be searchable, and able to set default values

• Display correct month using day component

• Disable days before mindate and after maxdate.

• Hidden days without in current month

• Create a timezone picker using custom select component

• Will be searchable.

• Able to set default timezone

Change background

• Update import orders

• Review, and update codes

Now it has been hidden, so can't view the calendar.
Please fix it

• Create a Header component

• Add buttons to navigate months

Make a isTimezone props to split into showTime and Timezone functionality

when you scroll, the calendar does not moved, so there are cases, like in the video, where it is not possible to see the days

• Create a Datetime Picker component

• Able to add time to set time

• Able to select timezone

Now month navigation doesn't work.
Please check navigation functionality and fix it.

• Create a custom button component

• Will have variant, and custom props
