[Bug] Unable to see annotations

I am unable to see annotations for a literature note having annotations. I believe there might be some issue in the zotero export. While exporting, I selected the BetterBibTeX JSON export with export notes and keep updated options. Selecting the Export files options cancels the keep updated one. I have the remaining stuff default so kept the Zotero Local Folder setting option empty. Also, the URI doesn't seem to open the pdf in zotero locally (in the app). It opens a browser.

A Zotero locale bug when using AM/PM time stamps (Annotation sorting bug)

On Zotero version 6.X and below there is a bug related to sorting the annotation files(generated with Add note from annotations). Since annotations are sorted alphabetically they might appear in the wrong order if you use AM/PM time format.

FIX: One should use the 24-hour format for time stamps in Zotero. Change locale using `Settings->Advanced->Language->English(UK).

This is a Zotero bug and not related to this plugin
