The command npm -C ./packages/usage run start yields the error ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '~/ag-monorepo/packages/usage/package.json'. A folder called usage is created when lerna bootstrap is run but it doesn't contain package.json.

Interestingly a folder called use-packages is created that does contain a package.json but running the command on that yields missing script: start

When running lerna bootstrap yields the following error command not found: lerna
I assume this is because Lerna needs to be installed globally or an NPM script needs configuring so that it runs the binary
