Springboard assignment- Create Blog using SQLAlchemy, Postgres with testing

Part 1 - create user database, create users list page with links on each user's name to their detail pages. Add edit button to individual user's details. add create button on users list page to a create new user form which adds user to db, user list and redirects back to user list. Add a delete user function which deletes user from db and list. Add tests for user class model and for app routes.

Part 2 - add create posts functionality by creating a posts model in flask, add routes to show user's posts, edit, delete posts

Part3 - add tags. Allow tags to be created and edited. Allow tags to be added to Post through edit & create post. Show tags on posts, show posts for a tag.
