Structural analysis of fractures and pores in complex fractured porous media at pore-scale

This repository is linked to a study related to fracture identification in complex porous media.

There are 3 main steps:

1. Generate a database of contour properties for a 3D segmented image.

2. Carry out exploratory analysis to choose the optimum settings by using clustering metrics.

3. Applying the optimum settings for fracture identification in different directions.
