Feature Extraction

Would it be possible to include the MATLAB scripts used to extract the data from the database?

CSV files

Hi,

I am really interested in your work. Would you like to share the "capping_values.csv" and "discretised_input_data.csv" for a better understanding of the code? Thanks in advance!

data

Hello. I am a researcher who does not have much experience in reinforcement learning. Could you send me the dataset of your "Continuous State-Space Models for Optimal Sepsis Treatment - a Deep Reinforcement Learning Approach" study? Thanks.

Problem going from data extracted by AI_Clinician/ICURL to MKdataset.csv

Hello,
This is very interesting work you have done. I am trying to recreate the results you had, but I seem to be stuck in the data extraction/preprocessing step. I have set up the MIMIC database locally and had already ran the data_extraction code from the ICURL/AI_Clinician repository. However, I am still confused on how to go from the multiple .csv files derived from these codes to the MKDataset.csv file you had in the preprocessing folder.

Any help would be appreciated.

Best,
Randy

about the repository

hello i saw you have moved some folder and have you build another new repository ,could i get the repository .thank you .i am a reinforcement researcher .

Data

Hi,

Could you please share your dataset used in your codes (rl_train_data_final_discrete.csv and others)?

Thanks.

Missing File

Hi,

Thank you for making the code available. I was wondering if it would be possible to upload the 'capping_values.csv' file that was used during the preprocessing of data. Also, is the capping here different from the capping done during the preprocessing of data in MATLAB?

Thank you,
Siddharth

Something wrong?

Excuse me. Is there something wrong with the code? May I ask why you deleted some folder?
