After writing a video fragment pushing submit and nothing is happened.

Currently the user has to

• click "Record your answer" to open modal
• Click the button inside the video control to activate the camera
• Click the record circle to actually record

Please try to make that a single click to open the modal and begin recording.

It should work when VideoSurvey app is enabled

Currently the submit button is active even when the user has not yet recorded a video

1. The camera in Full screen mode didn't seem to work. I met the issue in the PC with windows 7. In the full screen mode, the screen displays as the dark window.
   Steps to reproduce:
   1. Click on [Record the answer] button
   2. When the camera is turn on, click on full screen sign and observe the issue
2. When I finish answering an question and execute uploading the video, there is some problem with connecting. The video is remained in uploading status for a long time. However, when I check the console of the Chrome, I got the error message " Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET", it because of - interrupt internet connection.
   So it will be more friendly if the application has a message to inform to user about the error of loading and allow retrying uploading (by clicking on the Retry button) instead of recording the video again.
3. The text is truncated after submitting the last question. I tried in both Chrome (in PC) and Edge browser (in the mobile) and met the same issue.

Users expect to be able to click on the label for a checkbox to select the checkbox, butt currently the label is a link to the website.

I suggest changing this so that the label is just a plain for the checkbox with no link, but possibly add a link in brackets after the label Eg X - mywebsite (open) - where 'open' is the link

When i create a survey, I will want to sent it to someone, and possibly that will be a new user.

So please add the ability to

• send an email with a link to the survey from the manage survey page
• this may be a new user account, so create the profile if it doesnt exist (matching on email address)

Should be more human readable

I completed the survey myself using Chrome on Windows. But cannot play any of the recorded videos in the admin using either FF or Chrome
