Right now the spec is making a full API call and will fail as soon as I star another repository, which I am prone to do.

A repo to find README's has a terrible README. This will not do.

• document new commands
• add installation instructions and dependencies
• add gif showing it in action

Can pull 100 at a time since it's a paginated api.

Using something like octokit/octokit.rb may be the right way to go here.

Some README's use .md, others use .markdown, and others don't use a file extension at all. Either make this plugin in more generic and pull up the repository's homepage, or find a way to open README's no matter the file extension.

User's should be able to navigate to the top of a repository if that's what they prefer.
