Hey there, I'm trying to host this on my webserver dallasgroot.ca/test is the location, but when loading the page i'm getting a basic html text with nothing actually loading, kinda a noob here

Will save lots of people time forking when it doesn't work on windows.

When running setup.command, only some image files in the folder are detected, compressed and added to config.json.

macOS users can use sips command line tool to resize all images using
sips -Z {image-size} photos/**/*.jpg
Using this, we can keep a separate copy of the original, and load the compressed copy first. The original can then be loaded if the user clicks on an image. The page load speed is much smaller as a result.

I love this template. I'm not sure if you're still developing this but if you are: any interest in adding a feature to add tags to photos, and then UI to filter by tags? I'd prefer this for my portfolio vs. using albums. Just a thought, let me know if you could add it or tell me how!

Some portrait images are rotated while others are not. When I open the files locally, they all have the same (correct) orientation. No idea. My js skills are bad.

If original images get deleted, there will be leftover minified and placeholder images (only for macOS). There should be a cleanup script that's run at the beginning of setup.command to remove any min/placeholder image without an original.
