Allow any (registered) user to add game results for a current day (and table) for any number of other players. This should be similar to the page that the admin uses to enter official results with 2 differences:

• Many users should be able to add results for the current day at the same time.
• The results must be verified by the admin before being committed to the official results. Once this commit has occurred users can no longer edit today's results.

Start recording player Table Number. This will allow future stats to be generated on pvp type stats and we can make some pretty graphs to wave in the faces of the players that you dominate.
