When we launch this in an account, but provide bucket info for the CUR reports in a separate account, we get a 403. We perhaps should notate that we need access in the readme or provide some other feedback.

Currently, we've checked in a binary file under bin that gets run on the ec2 instances in cloud formation.

This gets generated and checked in every time we make code change. We should have a makefile that we can run to compile/build the code.

An additional benefit of having this is it will enable contributions from other developers.

Currently, we've a new table for every month's data. This works really well for the monthly queries. However we would like the ability to query data over past 3-4 months.

Union is one way to aggregate data across tables in Athena. But that is very expensive query.

It would be very nice to have a historic table that maintains data for past n months.
