After upgrading with a help of androidjs u, any new build fails to get installed in emulator with next lines in log

What is the process for generating the files in this repository? I have made some changes to android-native-apis and tried decompiling the apk built from that repository with apktool and inserting the files in my local copy of androidjs-sdk, but the resulting apk from androidjs build crashes on startup.

I see files for publicsuffix here, but I can't find any mention of that in any of your other repositories.
