Validation not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when i submit the form run function always return false 
2. Validation Message works fine it shows message when feild not have desired 
value.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should be return true  when all the fields have appropriate value 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am using 1.0.1  on windows7 and ubuntu 12.04  both  

Please provide any additional information below.
