Redream Flatpak

Building (Ubuntu)

Install Flatpak dependencies:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:flatpak/stable
sudo apt install flatpak flatpak-builder gnome-software-plugin-flatpak
sudo flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo
sudo flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub-beta https://flathub.org/beta-repo/flathub-beta.flatpakrepo

Install runtime:

flatpak install --system flathub org.freedesktop.Platform//22.08 org.freedesktop.Sdk//22.08

# steam deck users should install mesa-git for amd driver fixes
flatpak install --system flathub-beta org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.mesa-git//22.08

Build Flatpak:

flatpak-builder --default-branch=beta --force-clean build-dir io.recompiled.redream.yml

Install Flatpak:

flatpak install --user redream.flatpak

Run Flatpak:

flatpak run io.recompiled.redream

# steam deck users should run using mesa-git for amd driver fixes
FLATPAK_GL_DRIVERS=mesa-git flatpak run io.recompiled.redream

Delete Flatpak:

flatpak remove --user io.recompiled.redream
