Add a feature whereby a user can define custom map destination sites, with replaceable tokens for the various parameters extracted from the geo: URI.

Some advanced users may appreciate the chance to always pick the destination map site, as opposed to only sticking to one provider at a time and having to go to the extension settings every time.

Optionally, this picker could also be shown the first time a geo: URI is triggered, as opposed to the current default out of the box.

Without association to an external execution, only redirects the coordinates. Example using geo:-22.662,-48.635, redirect to https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=8/-22.662/-48.635

Geo-handler is not available for Fennec.

Steps to reproduce

• install F-Droid
• install Fennec
• open Fennec
• on a tab, tap Options/Addons/Addons Manager
• on the screen bottom, tap "Discover more"
• on "Search for addons" entry, enter "geo handler" and tap Enter
• there is 0 results.

Add GeoHack and MapCompare to the tool, which are themselves not map websites per-se but offer the following respectively:

• Links to many different map sites (localized) for a given lat/lng
• An up to 8-map provider comparison of a given lat/lng/zoom
