update the build script to accept one argument, containing the file name containing the ECR repo name.

Trying to build the image locally, but build stops at second step, hanging like this:

The dockerfile produces too many layers. Simplify

Please help in executing this dockerized robot via orchestrator and also connect with it. Alternatively can you please share any resource to get the same done.
