It may be worth including a note to remind people to remove the secret phrase in their env before they redeploy this publically. I know I almost did, because I'm not super familiar with git.

  After doing npm ci in step 5, I think I screwed things up when npm told me to upgrade it and i did then npm told me to fix stuff by typing npm audit fix and npm audit fix --force to fix security issues.
  Maybe the --force broke truffle-contract ?
