###ISA88标准简介：
ISA88是ANSI/ISA-88的简称，是一个适用于批过程制造的标准，ISA88为批控制提供了一组固定的标准和 术语并且定义了 physical model, procedures, 和recipes。 主要包括4部分：

• ANSI/ISA-88.01-2010 Batch Control Part 1: Models and terminology
• ANSI/ISA-88.00.02-2001 Batch Control Part 2: Data structures and guidelines for languages
• ANSI/ISA-88.00.03-2003 Batch Control Part 3: General and site recipe models and representation
• ANSI/ISA-88.00.04-2006 Batch Control Part 4: Batch Production Records
• ISA-TR88.00.02-2008 Machine and Unit States: An Implementation Example of ISA-88

###ISA95标准简介：
ISA88是ANSI/ISA-95的简称，用于企业和控制系统集成。主要可以分成三个层次， 即企业功能部分，信息 流部分和控制功能部分。企业功能基于 Purdue 大学当初建立的 CIM 功能模型；信息流部分基于 Purdue 大学的数据流模型图和S88 批次标准，包括产品定义、生产能力、生产计划和生产性能 4 种信息流；控制功 能则基于 Purdue 和 MESA 的功能模型。 主要包括5部分：
