Despite having minLength: 0 I keep having validation problems if I try to submit a 0 size array.

The problem is, I think:

requiredMet: {
            deps: ['value', 'minLength'],
            fn: function () {
                return this.value.length > this.minLength;
            }
        }

Should be:

requiredMet: {
            deps: ['value', 'minLength'],
            fn: function () {
                return this.value.length >= this.minLength;
            }
        }

I believe the remove button should appear beside each field view, unless it is the last field view.

Currently, the first field view has removable set to false, whether or not there are other field views. This makes removing the first field view impossible.
