🌱 I am Amit Roy, living in Lafayette, Indiana, USA from Bangladesh.

👨‍🎓 I am a graduate student at Purdue Computer Science from the Fall of 2022 to Present.

📚 I completed my undergraduate studies at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Dhaka.

🧐 My research interests lie in deep learning for real-life applications involving GNN and LLM.

⭐ Until 2023, I worked with Prof. Pan Li on the Graph Anomaly Detection problem funded by Sony, Belgium.

How I can get adjacency matrix?

Hi, Amit,

I really got inspired by your paper (SST-GNN: Simplified Spatio-temporal Traffic forecasting model using Graph Neural Network, 21), I have local traffic trajectories dateset. Please help me to convert into adjacency matrix. Here is the look of dataset.

Please guide me How I can get the adjacency matrix of this data for implementing GCN/GNN for travel time prediction
