Add note that django-dynamic-initial-data requires Postgres

The installation section of the readme does not list Postgres which is required to be installed.

What part of the code is Postgres specific?

I had a brief look but couldn't see what made this a postgres only app (apart from setup.py of course!)

Incidentally - putting psycopg in install_requires is redundant at best. If this app is postgres specific then any project using it will already have that as a requirement. I've had problems with a similar issue - apps that put Django itself in install_requires.

naive datetime warning

I am seeing warnings like the following

 RuntimeWarning: DateTimeField RegisteredForDeletionReceipt.register_time received a naive datetime (2015-04-02 23:39:29.416573) while time zone support is active.

They seem to be due to the call to datetime.utcnow() here.

Using Django's timezone.now() seems like the solution.
