핫클립 요청시간 + Twitch API 요청 제한 문제
현재 프론트에서 서버로 핫클립 요청 후에 렌더링까지 끝나는 시간이 평균 800ms이다.
로컬 환경이어서 네트워크 시간은 포함되지 않았음에도 불구하고 이정도의 시간이 걸리는 것은
도저히 사용할 수 없는 수준
또한, Twitch API는 분당 800회의 요청 제한이 존재한다.
사용자가 페이지를 띄울때마다 API를 호출하면 감당이 안되는 수준이다.
