the main idea from the code is to remove the yellow line from the photo

the program read all the image that located inside the input path

and remove the yellow line from the photo and save the new image to output path

requirements before running the code

OpenCv install by pip install opencv-contrib-python
Python 3.9 and older https://www.python.org/downloads/

How to run

run by using the CMD where main.py located
python [Code Name e.g. main.py]  [Input Path] [ Output Path]
1) run by absolute path
python main.py C:\Users\amara\PycharmProjects\pythonProject3\text_regions C:\Users\amara\Desktop\new
2) run by local file that located in same path of main.py
python main.py text_regions test
