Describe the bug
As the title says, if I run the latest version on my PC, it will throw an error saying it is not the latest version and will tell me to update it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download latest version from this repo
2. Place it in the same folder as the Cemu executable
3. Run the launcher, error will be displayed

Expected behavior
The application window should load normally.

Does not show any game in its list, and just clicking on the white part shows this.

Tried to resume after pausing when using this on Cemu 1.26.2f; got this message:

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the applicaton will ignore this error attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the applicaton will close immediately.

A 32 bit processes cannot access modules of a 64 bit process.
